• We halted for the first time, when we had covered half of the total distance...
• We took a break for the second time, when we had covered 35 meters more than half of the remaining distance...
• The third break came, when we had covered three-quarters of the remaining distance...
• We halted for the fourth time, when we had covered 75 meters more than half of the remaining distance...
• And then, we took the final break, when we had covered the remaining 150 meters...

सार्थक ने फिर मुस्कुराकर जवाब दिया, "मेरी प्यारी बहना... यही ठीक है, क्योंकि मैं तेरी तुलना में दोगुना बड़ा हूं..."
इसके बाद सार्थक पानी पीने के लिए रसोई की तरफ गया, तो पीछे से निष्ठा ने सार्थक की ढेरी में से सार्थक की उम्र जितने आम उठाकर अपनी ढेरी में रख लिए...
