अपनी दुकान पर एक लुहार को लोहे की छड़ें तोलनी हैं, जिनका वज़न एक से लेकर 3280 किलोग्राम तक है... वह ग्राम के हिसाब से कोई छड़ नहीं बेचता... उसे दो पलड़ों वाली अपनी तराजू पर कोई भी वज़न तोलने के लिए कम से कम कितने बाटों की ज़रूरत होगी, और वे कितने-कितने वज़न के होने चाहिए...?
